What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds apart from exceptions listed below. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to Premium features and all data associated with those features. Exceptions to our refund policy: cancelling within 48 hours of initial charge will result in a full refund. If you cancel within this timeframe, you will lose access to Premium features and associated data immediately upon cancelling.
How secure is StatusToday?
The security of your data is StatusToday’s first priority. With two official certifications, Cyber Essentials and IASME, you can be sure that our procedural and technical safeguards are sound and that your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. StatusToday utilizes data centres in your region (e.g. EU), so that your information is always under the legal protection of your jurisdiction.
Do you offer discounts?
We’ve built in discounts at each tier for teams smaller than 15 members. We also offer two months for free in exchange for an annual subscription.
We need to add more people to our team. How will that be billed?
You can add as many new teammates as you need before changing your subscription. We will subsequently ask you to correct your subscription to cover current usage.
Do you offer trials for large organizations?
Yes, we offer pilot project options for larger companies. StatusToday can then be fully deployed to your whole organization upon your request. Please contact us to discuss specifics.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase StatusToday with any major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.
How does the tiered pricing work?
Good news – the Starter package is free forever. If your company’s number of employees reaches greater than 1,000, or you want to connect more data sources, then the right plan for you is the Custom Plan. Enterprises are encouraged to reach out to request a direct quotation.
Do I need to install any software?
No. You do not need to install any software on any company laptop or mobile device. All you need to run StatusToday is an internet connection and Google or Microsoft as your productivity suite. We will do the rest via API based connections to Microsoft and Google directly.
Do you offer support or consultation?
Yes, on premium plans. From integration walk-throughs to advice on how to best use our technology, we are always happy to help. Contact us via email or book an appointment for any questions that you may have and we will have an expert work with you directly.
Who is considered an employee?
We count all employees detected via StatusToday who are ‘active’. Any inactive employees are not counted (e.g. those who have left the business).
